Soror Maria Wright has been a true asset to Pi Omicron Zeta Chapter. She is the epitome of a Finer WomanShe was enthusiastic about reclaiming and becoming active with the sorority. She came back ready to work and she was quickly able to fill a leadership role. In her first, she was appointed to fill a vacant position as the Tamias Grammateus (Financial Secretary). In this position, she made sure the chapter was financially accurate and accountable. 

 

She models the four principles of Service, Scholarship, Finer Womanhood, and Sisterhood in everything that she does.  She always goes above and beyond to assist her sisters and to serve others.  She is always looking for ways to improve the chapter and move us forward.  She inspired others to lead and serve. A cheerleader with a take-charge attitude.

Soror Wright has brought her talents, organizational skills, and communications skills to elevate our chapter. Her love for Zeta and for POZ has challenged her sisters to grow and develop into Finer women. She well deserved this honor as our 2021-2022 Finer Women recipient.
